Pamela designs and delivers specialist business English courses for Hong Kong companies. She has over eight years' experience as a training consultant for the Aberdeen and Edinburgh Chambers of Commerce in the UK and has been in Hong Kong for more than ten years. She is a Member of the Institute of Verifiers and Assessors.
