Nirmala Nagarajan works as a librarian at an international school in Hong Kong. She is an aspiring writer who had a story published in Imprint 2004. Her short story for children, "Eyes of Darkness", is under publication in a collection of short stories for children. She is currently researching for a novel she plans to write about prostitutes and their plight in India.

Treena Nairne is a writer, a teacher and an editor. After eight years as a news reporter and freelancer, then five years working in educational publishing, she moved to Group Public Affairs at HSBC. She holds degrees in journalism and education, and has taught freelance journalism and English in Hong Kong. Treena was president of WiPS in 2004 to 2005.
