Jane Wallace studied English literature at Exeter College Oxford and has worked in publishing and journalism, including several years on the Daily Mail in London. Born in Hong Kong, Jane returned in 2004 and occasionally writes for the South China Morning Post in between working on her novel. She is also editor of the Hong Kong Writers' Circle newsletter and a contributor to its publications.

Vikki has worked for many years as an editor and writer for publishers in Hong Kong and overseas. She has a special interest in children's fiction/non-fiction and educational publishing but also enjoys writing for grown-ups and has happily tackled topics ranging from art to zoos. Before moving to Hong Kong, she worked as a translator and English teacher in Berlin.

Tania Willis is an illustrator and designer, specializing in travel cartography and illustration for children. She is also an editorial illustrator and designs for print, online, corporate identity, packaging, surface, interiors, fashion forecasters, events and even airplane liveries. She is creative director of KidsGo at Haven Publishing, owner of Small Editions (bespoke artwork for children's interiors) and a regular contributor to Condé Nast Traveller magazine.
